Return Information – RestUp 30-Night Sleep Guarantee

At RestUp, we believe in clear promises and noticeable results. That's why we offer you something you'll rarely find anywhere else:

We know that your body sometimes needs a little time to adjust to something new. That's why we give you the opportunity to try RestUp at your own pace. Not satisfied after the full trial period? Then you can simply return the product.

Many of our customers notice a difference after the very first nights – some only after a few days. That's why we recommend completing the full trial period. If it doesn't work for you, that's no problem – we'll take care of it.


Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened nasal strips cannot be returned, unless the return falls within our 30-night guarantee.
  • Items with clear signs of use outside of this guarantee are excluded from return.

How to Start Your Return

To register a return, simply send an email to info@tryrestup.com with your order number and the reason for returning.

Our team will guide you through the process step by step and send you the necessary return instructions. Fill in your details and create your own return label. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Choose your preferred shipping method and make sure to keep your proof of shipment, including the tracking number.


Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

During periods of high order volume – such as around holidays or during promotional weeks – processing may take slightly longer.

Please note: RestUp is not responsible for return shipments that fail to reach our warehouse for any reason.
